I'm 4 months old today!

So many changes this past week! I tried out my new high chair and LOVED it, I am eating rice cereal AND baby oatmeal, and I want to sit up alone so badly, I can hardly stand it! Check out my new slide show!

I'm 14 Weeks Old!

Wanted you to see how big I'm getting! Today mommy and Nana took me shopping. I was worn out by the end of the day, but I had tons of fun. Nana bought me my first pair of real shoes. They are hot pink, and very fancy! Mommy said they were too expensive, but Nana said that's what grandmas are for. I sure do like them! I just couldn't take my eyes off of them! I'll try to get a picure of them in my next posting. Until then, enjoy these pictures of me!

See Julian's Slide Show!

Isaac and Beth

It's hard to believe we've been together now for over 4 years. God smiled on us the day He brought us together. We are nothing without the other. A second chance at getting it right is a treasured gift not to be taken for granted. Life is so much greater when you've been fortunate enough to be touched by true love.

Julian

Here's our BIG little boy! Julian is 8 years old and is in the 3rd grade. He loves to play outside, play his play station, go to the movies, and hang out with the family at Grandma Elia's house! Julian has a great sense of humor, is a great reader, and has a vivid imagination. We are so fortunate to have him for Spring Break, holidays, and during the summer. Be sure to check out Julian's slide show!

Still Growing! (Pics 7-10 wks)

I was dedicated at my church on September 2nd. Although I poopied two times before going on stage, the whole event went off without a glitch, and I looked FABULOUS! Nanna and Poppy were there, along with my great pals Wendi, Richard, and "the girls"!

Mommy went back to work when I was 7 weeks. She misses me a ton, but gets to see me at lunch sometimes and she says we having "bonding" time in the mornings and we hang out as a family in the evenings. Daddy is best at getting me to fall asleep when I get ready for bed. He's good at cuddling me so I fall right to sleep!

I hang out with my Nanna while the parents are at work. She says what happens at Nanna's stays at Nanna's. I'm not sure what that means just yet.

Growing! (Pics of 3-6 wks)

I'm such a big girl now! At nearly 13 weeks, I weigh 15 lbs! I'm still nursing, and sneaking in formula, but what I REALLY love is Nana's delux rice cereal treat! I smack my gums, kick my feet, and babble on and on about how much I love that cereal! It's yummy to my tummy!

I love to chew on my fists, read books, sing, play with my toys, and drool! My daddy tickles my neck with his wiskers and I just laugh and laugh!

I sleep 8+ hours most nights, and I get major brownie points with the parents for that. I love to hop in the stroller and go for walks with Mommy and Daddy. I love to watch ceiling fans, and look outside at the trees. Life is good.

Visits from family

Nanna and Poppy came to welcome me, as did my BIG brother, Julian. He loves me so much. Daddy's family came from El Paso to see me when I was 5 days old! I'm not sure where that is, but Daddy said it's a long way away!

Ready of not, here I am!

I was born a week early, although my mom said she could not have been pregnant ONE more second! I wanted to come into the world feet first, so mommy had an unplanned C-section and I was born at 6:14 in the morning! I had bright red lips, and stuck my tongue out at everyone! I still love that tongue of mine!

My daddy was by my side the whole time while mommy recovered. Nanna took pictures of me in between crying and making sure the nurses were being careful with me! My big brother and Poppy came to visit me later that day. I had lots of visiters while in the hospital. I must be very special!

Welcome Elia Elizabeth

Elia Elizabeth was born on July 9th weighing 8 lbs 11 oz!
She is perfect in every way. She is truly our little blessing.
Elia has changed our life in ways we never expected.
Although we never seem to have enough sleep,
have dirty dishes in our sink from time to time, and
NEVER get anywhere on time anymore, WE ARE IN LOVE
with this precious little girl!
